After visiting Lisbon and admiring the endless array of Azulejos (aka Portuguese tiles) I was inspired to recreate the usually-old and weathered tiles into clean, vector illustrations. I used these illustrations as part of an advent calendar, posting one tile and the pattern it makes in a grid of four to twitter everyday on the run-up to Christmas. Below are all 24 patterned tiles in one place.

Infographic: 2017 retrospect
Christmas is nearly here and 2017 is drawing to a close. Now seems like a good time to reflect on the past year, and boy, what a year it's been! Below is my 2017 in a nutshell.
Project: Wedding Invites
I recently had the pleasure of designing the theme and invites for a wedding. Lib and Joe were looking for a simple, playful invite to be printed on kraft-paper. I illustrated a line graphic depicting a simple scene based on the wedding venue, and used this to create a rustic, playful identity for the invite and additional materials to be used on the day.

Project: Christmas Cards!
It's that time of year again! Well, not quite, but it's pretty close. I've created a Christmas card design which you can purchase by dropping me an email. It’s available per card (£2) or in packs of 5 (£6).
Illustration: More Cats!
I spent the weekend drawing. Once again, I found myself drawing cats. Did I mention I like cats?
